The Sleep Cycle alarm clock app helps track your sleep stages through the night and then wakes you up at the ideal time within a 30 minute window from your set alarm time.
The app tracks these different stages based on how you move through the night so your phone needs to be placed on your bed, under your fitted sheet. Compatible with Apple and Android devices, the Sleep Cycle can give you a little more control over how you wake up.
The more you use it, the more information it can collect about your sleep habits, including tracking your mood when you wake, keeping a record of your stress level and tracking your caffeine consumption. With this information, you can take note of any trends affecting sleep. Sleep Cycle can also integrate with Apple’s Health App, Phillips HUE light bulb support (allowing you to wake to a simulation of natural light) and much more!
